The Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners provides public access to licensure information for dentists and dental hygienists. The information contained on our verification page is for general public use and should not be used for professional license certification.

For License Certification to be sent to another state or entity, you must submit a License Certification Request Form. The License Certification Request Form can be found on on the Applications | Forms webpage.
